When servicing the boiler:
In order to prevent burns and the resulting hazards, ensure that the steam boiler is cold before performing repair and maintenance operations.
Due to the use of high-voltage electricity, all electrical connections to the system must be disconnected to prevent the risk of electric shock.
Make sure the boiler’s drain is open and not blocked.
During operations
Boiler inspection checklists should be completed by the operator at specified times.
The ventilation and exhaust exits of the steam boiler must not be blocked in any way and must always remain open.
Never leave a steam boiler without water.
The device operator must be present at the boiler operation site 24 hours a day and ensure the proper functioning of the boiler.
